This role requires a skilled communicator who can transform complex technical details into compelling, customer-focused materials targeting civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, as well as maintenance and production managers and construction professionals. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong background in creating technical marketing content for industrial products. This role requires a skilled communicator who can transform complex technical details into compelling, customer-focused materials targeting civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, as well as maintenance and production managers and construction professionals. You will be responsible for driving content strategy and execution that supports our highly technical product line, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Content Creation: Develop detailed, accurate marketing materials such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, and datasheets to appeal to technical audiences.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to gain a deep understanding of products and translate features into customer benefits.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and traditional media, to promote technical products and services.
- Market Insights: Research and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Visual Content Development: Work with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create or oversee the production of visuals that support technical content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product specifications and engineering standards.
- SEO and Digital Optimization: Optimize technical content for search engines and digital platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Customer Focus: Tailor content to address the specific pain points and priorities of engineers, maintenance teams, and construction professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical marketing for industrial, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to write and edit highly technical content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and technical sales processes.
- Excellent research, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering concepts is a strong asset.
